PresentationGuidelines

The following are some guidelines for participants to follow when preparing the presentation:
  1. You must report to the session chair in the session room 5 or 10 minutes before your session starts.
  2. We recommend that your presentation takes only 8 minutes, leaving 2 minutes for setup, and Q&A. As a courtesy to your fellow presenters, please ensure that you keep to your assigned time frame.
  3. We recommend each presenter to prepare a maximum of 15 presentation slides, which includes the front page and references.
  4. All presenters are suggested to include ICoAIMS 2025 logo in the first slide of the presentation.The logo can be downloaded through this link.
  5. Please refer the updated parallel session timetable on the website and upload your slide presentation in the following respective shared folder no later than one day prior to the conference. As a backup, you must also carry your presentations on a USB drive.

  1. The following Audio-Visual equipment will be available in your session room:
    • Screen and projector
    • Laptop with Windows OS, MS Office and Adobe Reader
    • Wireless clicker (laser pointer)
