Guideline Submission

 

Participants interested in presenting oral papers are welcome to submit an abstract of not more than 250 words via EasyChair for our consideration.

 

Abstract Submission

The abstract template is available for download via this link. Participants must upload their abstracts using the template provided. Then, the abstract needs to be submitted via EasyChair along with the registration.

Full Paper Submission

  1. Submissions should be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this conference.
  2. Please NOTE that your paper(s) as well as the presentation must be in ENGLISH. Papers not presented at the conference will not be included in the conference proceedings.
  3. Full paper(s) will be REFEREED and will be considered for publication, indexed in SCOPUS.
  4. Full paper(s) should have an overall similarity index of less than 20% and an AI-generated similarity score less than 20%, as determined using Turnitin. Make sure to select no repository when you submit your paper to Turnitin. Click HERE for more Turnitin settings.
  5. A minimum of SIX (6) pages per paper.
  6. Format: Manuscripts should be prepared using any suitable template for the initial submission. The official conference template will be provided to authors before the submission of the camera-ready version.
  7. Manuscript:
    1. Full Paper: A complete manuscript with all authors' information.
    2. Blinded Full Paper: A complete manuscript without any authors' information, including names, affiliations, email addresses, acknowledgements, and any other details that could identify the authors, to ensure an anonymous peer-review process.
  8. Reply to reviewer template: To be announced.
  9. Camera-Ready template: To be announced.
  10. Full papers must be submitted/uploaded through the submission system via EasyChair.
